[When the book opened, it pretty much looked like someone, or in this case a pink cat a-like, stared down at this journal curiously. Probably expected some pictures at least because, hey, it's a book! It drew his head back so now everyone had a good look at it. Mew tilted it's head to one side.]

Mew?

[No pictures... Where are the pictures?]

[Action:]

[After Mew was done playing with the journal, it was time to explore. Mew zipped around the trees levitated until it found a village ahead. The cat-like Pokemon paused and hid itself behind a tree. Mew peeked from there to see the village. Mew had doubts to enter this village or not when it saw the residence, and they all had wings? Mew had to look back at it's wing too with a second thought. Mew let out a faint cry before it's body glowed. It began to shift and taken a form of a Pidgey ...with a pair of mini pink wings on the back. Guess it'll worry about that later.

The transformed Pidgey let out a chirp like a pigeon and begun to flew over the village. This little Pidgey could be found on anywhere with good heights such as light poles, roof tops, and closed windowsills. If not, it probably was bathing at the town's fountain. Refreshing.]

[Too late. After that one peck, the pokemon winces as it's body leans forward until it hits the ground, or shallow water. The transformation fades reverting the bird back to it's original form, the pink-catlike.]

[That makes Emil do a double-take, startled. It was a bird but now it's not a bird? What kind of animal is this?]

... wait, what just happened? You can transform?

[At that point, retreating is the best option but... well it's still laying there shaking the wing's sickness. Okay, these wings, it does not like. After that dizzy spell passes, or when it feels conformable to move, it let's out a small 'mew' before levitating somewhere. It doesn't move fast, but it is trying to make a swift get away, which results behind and across the fountain from Emil. Yeah, still getting it's strength back.]

[The getting its strength back part is good; that means Emil doesn't have to worry about whether or not it managed to injure itself by pecking at its wings.

Still, it almost seems like it's scared of him, which is a bit disheartening.]

I'm not going to hurt you... you don't have to run away from me.

[Don't be like that Emil. It has a good rason to be shy. New trapped world with mostly humans, it felt insecure. Just remember: 'Apparently, it appears only to those people who are pure of heart and have a strong desire to see it.'

But... he was nice enough to had warned the little guy. It slowly drifted back to Emil, little by little.]

[Smiling, Emil holds out a hand for it to sniff and inspect if it wants to, and to show it that he isn't holding anything that could hurt it.]

See? It's okay, I just want to be your friend.

[Seeing that open palm, it drifts a little closer. It's tail swings over it's head brushing lightly the palm with the tip of it's tail to give it a tickle.]

[Emil can't help it-- he tries to hold it in, but ends up laughing as the tailtip brushes over his palm.]

H-hey, that tickles!

[Mew couldn't help it either. It lets out a laugh holding it's hands in front of it's mouth.]

'Mew-mew!'

So do you have a name? I can't really keep calling you 'you' or 'pink thing'... that just seems kind of rude.

[It gives a nod before speaking again.]

'Mew.'

[Yeah, that's all he's going to get from this little guy.]

'Mew'...

[Well, since it nodded...]

... that's a cute name. I think it fits you.

[It flips forward making a good somersault in the air with a happy 'mew!' following. It agrees as well! (Kinda like a mini Centurion, without the needing of psychic types).

Much as it would love to stick around and play, there's much more exploring to be done! So off it goes, making sure not to whip lash the tail, to explore more around town. It stays close to the ground this time making itself able to follow, if the young boy chooses to.]

[Emil will follow, in part because he's curious about this mysterious pink creature and also because it's rude to just walk off and leave a new arrival to fend for themselves.

He'll make occasional comments if Mew seems particularly interested by anything it encounters... kind of like a tour guide, almost. Mew can explore as much as it likes!]

[That's fine. In fact, seeing Emil still there, Mew Transforms and drops to the ground as a Growlithe (pink wings of course). It takes a look at it's own wings, or tries to, seeing it's still there. Oh well... it just has to wing it. At least it doesn't look like a suspicious flying pink cat.]

[Laughing, Emil watches as the little creature transforms again, this time into something that looks kind of like a tiger. That might not go over quite so well in the village, but... eh.]

Wow, you really are amazing.

[What do you mean? It's small, cute, and a common dog. And yes, transformation is very helpful. Mew gives a couple barks agreeing to Emil. It stays ahead like the dog is leading the human.

Now where to go... Is there a store with toys?]

[Fine with Emil-- it will just look like he's taking another rather unusual-looking pet out for a walk.

It doesn't take him long to pick up on the fact that Mew seems to be looking for something, though.]

When Emil asks, it turns around talking in a couple barks like it's saying yes. It looks through two display windows until it finds what it's looking for. It paws one window showing some toys.]

Hm?

[Seeing Mew looking into the window, Emil does the same, wanting to see what has caught its attention.]

Oh, you want the toys? Then come on, let's go in and get some!

[There's a nod from the pup before nudging it's head to help open the door. Come on! Let's go!]

[Immediately Emil moves to hold the door open so that they can both go inside. While he isn't quite sure just which of the toys has gotten Mew so excited, it won't be that difficult to figure it out once they get over to the display.]

[It's going for the ball that's a size of a basketball once they go inside. Mew tries to paw the toy off the display. For a pup, you'd think it look for a smaller one.]

... isn't that one a little big for you? I don't think it's going to fit into your mouth.

[Tilting head here with those puppy eyes. The Growlith!Mew doesn't understand why.]
